At STAKD Health, we built a simple way to cut through it. Whatever you're working on, whether it's better sleep, healthier skin, more energy, or faster recovery, tell us the issue, and we'll point you toward products that actually work. No label-reading marathon, no guesswork required.
We're the Middleman, Not a Manufacturer
We don't make products, and we're not tied to any single brand, which means we have no reason to push one over another. Our only job is to sit between you and the market and point you toward what's actually worth your money. If it's overhyped, underdosed, or just a knockoff with cheap ingredients, we're not recommending it, no matter whose name is on the label.
Why We Started This
STAKD Health began with a problem I kept running into myself.
My name is Sully Notaro. I race downhill mountain bikes professionally, and I've spent years deep in the health and fitness world: training, recovering, competing, and doing it all again. Somewhere along the way, just choosing the right product turned into a full-time job of its own. Sleep, skin, recovery, energy: it didn't matter what I was trying to fix, I'd spend hours researching ingredients and comparing brands, or pay a specialist just to get a straight answer on what was actually worth buying.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using STAKD Health (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What STAKD Health Is
STAKD Health is a product-recommendation platform. Based on the information you provide, we suggest supplement and skincare products from third-party brands and retailers. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or take payment for any of the products we recommend, we only link out to the retailers that do.
3. Not Medical Advice
Nothing on STAKD Health is medical advice, and no part of the Service is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or skincare product, especially if you have existing allergies, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. A free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account page; canceling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period, you keep access through the end of what you already paid for.
6. Third-Party Products & Links
Product listings, pricing, availability, and "buy" links point to third-party retailers and brands we don't control. We do our best to keep this information accurate, but we're not responsible for a retailer's stock, pricing changes, shipping, order issues, or the products themselves once you purchase them elsewhere. Any purchase you make on a third-party site is a transaction between you and that seller.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or automated data collection, no attempting to break authentication or access another user's account, no using the Service for anything illegal, and no interfering with the Service's normal operation.
8. Intellectual Property
The STAKD Health name, logo, and site content are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, brand names, and images belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a particular result for you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAKD Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any outcome related to a product you purchased from a third party based on a recommendation from this site.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains what information STAKD Health collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. California law (the CCPA/CPRA) governs how we handle personal information, and the rights described below apply to all users, not just California residents.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store or can see your actual password).
Profile information (optional): age, sex, height, weight, and city, used to pre-fill and personalize your assessment.
Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, our servers only receive a subscription status back from Stripe.
Usage data: basic analytics cookies (see Section 4) if you accept them.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and secure your account, personalize product recommendations, send transactional emails (password resets, welcome emails, billing receipts), process subscription payments through Stripe, and improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use analytics cookies to see which parts of the assessment people actually use, so we can improve the shortlist. No ad tracking, nothing sold. You can decline these cookies at any time from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
5. How We Share Information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party services that make the Service work: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), and our hosting provider. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep records (e.g. billing history) for legal or tax purposes.
7. Data Security
Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Account sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, request correction or deletion of it, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share it in the first place). We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@stakdhealth.com.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
